NFTs
Non-fungible tokens allow copyright creators (art/film/music) to own the digital copyrights (NFTs) whilst still allowing these works free access to the global community. It’s the flipside of peer-2-peer file sharing. This allows the artist to trade in the real and the virtual world bringing new and recurring revenues. Blockchain verification and authentication prevents theft of copyright and a recordation of ownership. Every copyright should have a companion NFT.
NFT buyers also need professional guidance with respect to chain of title and the bundle of rights being acquired.

CONNECTED TV
Terrestrial, cable and satellite television has morphed into Connected TV. Connected TV refers to any TV that can be connected to the internet. It includes Smart TVs, Apple TV, Roku, X-box, Playstation and your smart phone. PLUTO, NetFlix, YouTube, Hulu and Roku are a few of the many video streaming services that connect to Connected TV systems.

TRAX Records
TRAX Records, the Chicago record company founded by Larry Sherman in 1984, released many classics including “No Way Back” Adonis (1986), “Your Love” Jaime Principle & Frankie Knuckles (1988), “Can You Feel It” Larry Heard (1986) and “The House Music Anthem (Move Your Body)” Marshall Jefferson (1986).
Following the death of Larry Sherman in April 2020, Rights Incorporated managed the restructure of the Sherman interest in TRAX Records. We are working with TRAX artists and rightsholders to clear up the past and build the future.

Greg Roselli
Managing Director of Rights Incorporated Ltd. Greg Roselli is a lawyer, producer and broadcast channel manager and an active member of the Illinois Bar Association.
With a foundation in media and music, Greg is among a few individuals in the media business that understand the acquisition, production, marketing and distribution of entertainment rights across all media and platforms on a territory by territory, market by market basis. Greg Roselli is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and John Marshall Law School.

Director of International Legal & Business Affairs. Helen Norgrove is a media lawyer focusing on music, film development and intellectual property. Helen Norgrove is a graduate of the University of York, Oxford Brookes University (GDL) and Leeds Metropolitan University (LPC).
